Strategic, Genuine, and Kind – meet Tim Neville.

As President and Chief Executive Officer of Echoing Hills, Tim is the leader and face of the organization. He works with the Board of Directors, stakeholders, staff, and individuals served to fulfill our purpose of creating opportunities for individuals with disabilities to know and experience Jesus Christ.

Tim began his career with Echoing Hills in 2011 and brings years of leadership experience from other organizations including, Monroe Community Mental Health Authority, Koinonia Homes, Ohio Mentor, Inc., and Threshold Residential Services, Inc.

Tim resides with his cat, Gregory. Along with his faith in God, Tim finds comfort and strength in his family. You will often find him spending time with his parents, brothers, sisters-in-law, and several nieces and nephews. When not working or spending time with his family, you may catch Tim attending Five14 Church in New Albany or enjoying a movie, play, musical, amusement park, documentary, or a good book.

Tim first served at Echoing Hills in 1991 and 1992 as a summer counselor for Camp Echoing Hills. Why does he choose to serve at Echoing Hills today? “I do what I do because I believe, foremost, it is a calling from God for my life. My life mission statement is to serve, love, and lead the marginalized and disenfranchised of society to live a fulfilled and enriched life. My hope and prayer are that I lead Echoing Hills into the next years of service as well as Cordell and Buddy led the ministry for 50 plus years.”
