As Director of Regulatory Policy, Compliance, and Environment of Care, Colton ensures Echoing Hills is compliant with all rules and regulations, allowing the organization to provide the best support for those we serve.

Colton brings over a decade of experience to the role. Previously, he served as the Chief Compliance Officer for Advocate RCM and as the Senior Manager of Compliance Monitoring and Regulatory Support/Privacy at Lifepoint Health.

Colton is married to his wife, Aarika. Their family includes their newborn son, Deacon, niece Isabelle, and three dogs, Drogo, Winston, and Oakley. Colton enjoys attending sporting events, trying new food, and being outside.
