Meet The Director of Regulatory Policy, Compliance, and Environment of Care 

Director of Regulatory Policy, Compliance, and Environment of Care, Colton Zody has integrity, is honest, and has become the newest team member at Echoing Hills. Colton learned about the ministry through the Healthcare Compliance Association website. He was drawn to the company because of its location and the mission statement, ‘Revolutionizing lives where people live, learn, connect, play, and worship.’

Professional Life
Before working for Echoing Hills, Colton worked for LifePoint Health, which commits to making communities healthier in large and small ways. Additionally, he worked for Advocate Revenue Cycle Management, a company whose mission is to make billing practices more profitable. Colton has acquired knowledge of regulatory issues in healthcare, privacy laws, and compliance monitoring through previous professional experience. This prior experience applies to many aspects of his new role. He has learned how to implement and accomplish new ideas necessary for an effective compliance program. Colton has enjoyed getting to know the people at Echoing Hills and the tight-knit community between the regions. He chose to join Echoing Hills because “I believe in our mission. We are committed to providing those we serve the opportunity to live a life of dignity and fulfillment.”

Personal Life
Colton married Aarika, his wife, in the summer of 2023. Their son Deacon was born in April 2024, and their niece Isabelle also lives with them. He has lived in Texas, Chicago, and Nashville – but calls Ohio home. Colton enjoys camping, exercising, sporting events, and trying new restaurants in his free time.

Looking Forward Disabilities. In addition, he is excited to improve risk areas and review compliance regulations.“I am looking forward to navigating complex regulatory issues,” says Zody. “This will enable our staff to focus on providing the best service possible for those we serve.”
