Faithful, Dependable, and Caring – meet Johnna Pieper.

As Executive Assistant, Johnna provides administrative support to President and CEO Tim Neville and the entire Executive Leadership team. She also assists with the administrative and logistical needs of the Board of Directors for Echoing Hills, Echoing Ridge Residential, Inc., and the Echoing Hills Foundation.

Johnna brings years of experience to her role, previously serving as a Legal Secretary for senior partners at the law firm of Graham & Graham in Zanesville and as Senior Executive Assistant to the President and CEO of The Longaberger Company.

Johnna is married to the love of her life, Norris. Together, they have two sons and daughters-in-law, along with three grandchildren. Johnna and Norris enjoy spending time with their four rescued dogs, time with friends, and going to Amish Country. When Johnna is not serving others, you can find her gardening in the summer and going on “girls-only” vacations to the beach.
