Positive, Thorough, and Diplomatic – meet Kris Sims.

As Director of Human Resources, Kris plans, leads, directs, develops, and coordinates the policies, activities, and staff of the HR Department. She ensures compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.

Working in Human Resources her whole career, Kris joined Echoing Hills after spending 20 years at The University of Akron.

Kris has one daughter and enjoys being outside. You can often find her camping, swimming, or walking.
