Rental Opportunities

Available Facilities:
Building Rentals: Rental starts at 8am and continues through the evening each day.
Chapel lodge: ($200 per day): Capacity: 120. Assembly room with stage, chairs, small sound system, and a 70- inch flat screen for presentations.
Pool house: ($150 per day): Capacity: 60. Assembly area with eight (8) round tables and chairs and a 70-inch flat screen for presentations.

Pool: ($250 per four hours): Capacity: 100. Pool is heated and can be used even on cooler days. During pool rental, use of the pool house is included.
Dining Hall: Included with event if meals are requested. Use of the dining hall without a meal plan is $200 per day. *Commercial kitchen not available to rent due to liability.
Starbuck Pavilion: ($100 per day) Capacity: 150. Use for parties or meetings. Gas grills and charcoal grills available. Restrooms nearby in the pool house.
Brown Center: ($400 per day) Capacity 400: Full-size gym with basketball and volleyball. *For weekend rental use only.
Overnight Lodging: $25 per person per night All areas are handicapped accessible, air-conditioned, and provide private bathrooms. Bedding and towels are not provided.
Bunkhouse Style Cabins: (4 available):
Willow Cabin: (18 beds)
Magnolia Cabin: (22 beds)
Oak Cabin: (20 beds)
Maple Cabin: (16 beds)
Spruce Cabin: Can house eight (8), four (4) per room (two bunk beds). One bathroom between two rooms.
Walnut Cabin: Can house 20, five (5) per room (two bunk beds and one single). Each room has a private bathroom.
Other optional rental activities: (call or e-mail jmcnutt@ehvi.org for availability and pricing): Archery, Ax Throwing, Fishing, Hay Ride, Camp Fires, and Pottery Painting/Glazing.
