Dedicated, Passionate, and Motivated – meet Russell Marty.

Russell is an Intervention Specialist at Marion L. Steele High School in Amherst, Ohio. He serves as a dedicated member of the Board of Directors at Echoing Hills and previously served one summer as a camp counselor at Camp Echoing Hills. Russell also serves as a union representative for his local teacher’s union.

Russell and his wife, Emily, reside in Lorain, Ohio. Together, they have two young children, Crosby and Marylen. In his free time, Russell enjoys music, photography, and nature. He also loves to work with his school district’s alumni.

Why does Russell choose to serve on the board here at Echoing Hills? “As a special educator, my vocational passion is helping those who might not always be able to help themselves. Echoing Hills allows me to play a small part in this outreach when I am not in the school setting. I want to ensure that everyone who is touched by Echoing Hills has the best possible experience.”
