Echoing Hills Creates a Family Atmosphere
Team Members Celebrate Their Mothers
Echoing Hills is an organization where happiness and fulfillment happens. You will often hear team members comment on how it feels like you’re part of a big family. For some, this statement rings especially true.
Across our five regions, you will find several individuals that work alongside their moms. They enjoy the work they do. Being able to do it with someone they love is an added bonus.
In honor of Mother’s Day, we invited the children of these duos to share their thoughts on their mothers.

She’s always been a morning person, so it’s nice to see her smiling face and positive attitude so early in the morning. One particular resident (Aric) and I always hide in the mornings and try to scare her…even though his laugh gives us away. He always enjoys the days we both work.
