Strategic, Compassionate, Analytical – Meet Christine!
Faith Search Partners recruited Christine Seibert, Executive Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer, for Echoing Hills. Similar to Echoing Hill’s mission to revolutionize the lives of individuals, Faith Search Partners has developed a process that revolutionizes Christian leaders, organizations, and communities.
The mission of revolutionizing lives resonated with Christine, and since joining the team, she has developed strong connections with the individuals we serve. Her responsibilities include developing leaders and working with the team to create reliable finance, accounting, and IT processes. She explains, “Each of my workdays looks a little different.” The team recently finalized the financial audit and the organization’s tax returns and is currently working on cost reports as well as organizing the ministry budget.
Christine states, “My favorite part of the job is getting to work with a team that is part of something bigger than ourselves and engaging with the surrounding community.” She continues, “I love that in every role within the organization, we can make a difference in the lives of others – both within the office and in our communities. We can set an example of how to truly serve others, helping those we encounter and future generations. It is an honor to be a part of Echoing Hills.”
Previously, she worked for the Division Maintenance Group, Safelite Auto Glass, and in retail, holding various corporate and financial positions. Through these positions, she enjoyed exploring connections in business operations and how financial processes support connections with practical applications. At Echoing Hills, everyone plays a part in the mission — the finance team helps to ensure the financial health of the organization with funding and achieving strategic goals.
Christine looks forward to seeing the individuals when she comes to work because previously she didn’t have personal connections with individuals with disabilities. She shares about her family, including her husband Matt, and her two daughters, Samantha, who is ten, and Evelyn, who is seven. Christine enjoys traveling. When she was younger, she had the opportunity to live in Spain for a year. She also enjoys golf and watching WNBA basketball with her family. She has worked for Echoing Hills for almost a year.
Within the ministry, everyone is focused on the big picture, providing intentional care to the individuals we serve. Whether staff are in a hands-on role or help indirectly, together we revolutionize lives.
